Can I listen to the course on my phone, say on an App?

Yes.

Download the Teachable App via theGoogle Play Store or other app stores.


I don't have a credit card. Are there other ways I can pay?

No.

Currently, he host of this school, Teachable, only accepts credit cards for payments in Euros.


Can I gift the courses?

Yes.

Simply check the box Send as Gift at checkout. You are then asked to enter the name and email address of the recipient.
You can also send them a message.


Can I access the courses offline?

No.

Audio and videos are only accessible online to protect my intellectual property. Handouts and some audios are free to download.


I have forgotten my password.
If you have your log in email, then type it in and click Forgot password to receive an email to reset your password. You can also log in by requestting a one-time password that is sent to your email address.


I have lost my log in email.
You log in using the email address you registered when purchasing the course. You should find emails from Self-Compassion in Clinical Practice in your respective inbox. If you cannot find it, contact me at
info@christinebraehler.com. You will receive an invitation to register again. You need to activate this link within 24 hours. Save your new log in data for easy future access.


The course stopped playing even though my internet was stable.

This can happen from time to time, when we stream a lot of content.

Option 1: open the course in a different web browser.

Option 2: go to settings in your browser -> data protection & security -> select clear cache & cookoies. Close and reopen the browser. Log in to school and you should see all your courses displayed and running smoothly again.


Where do I find my receipt?

After completing your purchase you were sent a receipt to your inbox. You can access all your receipts at any time in your profile under Purchase History.
